The Vision: to create California’s 1st Family-friendly Employment Zone

The Mission: The mission of the project is to promote family-friendly work environments throughout the Ventura County business community and promote economic development in the region. We focus on work-life business solutions for employers that include child care availability and connecting employees with elder care support services in the community. We also promote workplace flexibility and work redesign practices that meet the needs of both customers and employees.
